By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using any feature of PieSetu CRM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with system security.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities.
• Share illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all customer and business data uploaded to PieSetu CRM. We process your data solely to provide our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, branding, source code, content, and designs related to PieSetu CRM remain the exclusive property of PieSetu CRM unless otherwise stated.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, email providers, AI services, cloud hosting providers, and other external platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

9. AI Features

AI-powered features are provided for business assistance purposes only. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in business decisions or customer communications.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PieSetu CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PieSetu CRM, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates against claims resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the Platform or other users.

Although we perform regular backups, users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical business data.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information exchanged through the Platform.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
